At the start of 2024, ICON Group Services Limited (ICON) set out bold plans to achieve several key objectives across the group's individual service lines.
This included the merger of the group's Security Services Division, Cleaning, and Property Maintenance Business under the ICON brand.
Elliot Roddy, Managing Director of Security Services, commented, "It has certainly been a busy period for ICON. While merging the individual divisions and streamlining our Commercial and Support Services functions internally, we have secured new contracts, particularly within the corporate and logistics sectors in both the North of England and London. This has resulted in a more profitable portfolio and an improved quality of service. We are particularly pleased with our development within the aviation sector, which has significantly enhanced the quality and stability within our self-delivery model."
Christian Roddy, Managing Director of FM Services, added, "The decision to operate under the ICON brand has unequivocally demonstrated our full capabilities to customers, providing a single point of communication for our multi-service provision. We have seen success with both local authorities and property management services. We achieved our overall financial objectives for 2024 in the first half of the financial year, which gives us great optimism for H2 2024 and certainly for 2025."
